What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. You can also access the size chart here.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. However, should you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Which credit cards do you accept? accepts the following credit cards: VIsa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept other forms of payment including: PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, Google Pay and FB Pay.

Do you sell online gift cards?

SeaMonkeyApparel does not sell gift cards at this time.

What if an item I ordered is not available?

SeaMonkey Apparel makes every effort to keep adequate stock of items listed on our site, but sometimes we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Do you offer rain checks for sale items?

No, we do not.

Do you offer personalized items?

No, not at this time.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Do you ship overseas?

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.

How do I return or exchange an item?

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS, please allow 5-10 additional business days for your bank to process the return. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at
