Refund policy

Refund: Within 30 days of the order delivery date.
Exchange: Within 30 days of the order delivery date, if stock is available.
Store Credit: Full refund in a digital Gift Card within 45 days of the order delivery date.

Free return shipping is available on all returns/exchanges. 


SeaMonkey Apparel will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tag attached.

Refund: Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS, please allow 5-10 additional business days for your bank to process the return. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at seamonkey.tribe@gmail.com.

Store Credit: Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS, you will receive a refund in the form of a digital gift card within 24 hours. 

Exchanges: We will only be able to exchange your item for a different size. At this time, we cannot guarantee stock availability, so please return your original order as soon as possible after receiving your prepaid return shipping label. If the item isn't available, we recommend exchanging for store credit & placing a new order once the digital store credit is received.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to UPS.

We only process returns and exchanges through the portal linked above.

SeaMonkey Apparel does not accept any responsibility for products/orders returned outside the return portal.
